The Muscle & Joint PT App provides patients with direct access to their personalized Home Exercise Program via their mobile devices. This platform offers high-definition instructional videos to ensure proper exercise execution. The 'Messages' section facilitates secure communication between patients and their Muscle & Joint PT providers, enhancing coordination and support.

As patients complete their prescribed exercises, they receive digital awards, such as trophies and medals, to acknowledge their progress. These achievements can be reviewed within the 'Awards' tab, allowing for motivation and tracking over time. For users requiring a different language, the 'More' tab offers a selection of alternative options under 'Languages.'

Appointment scheduling and management are accessible through the 'Appointments' tab, providing convenient access to upcoming sessions. Patients are advised to select 'Mark as Complete' after completing exercises to enable accurate progress monitoring by their provider.

Access to the app is exclusive to registered Muscle & Joint PT patients. Additionally, the app integrates with the iPhone's Health app to track daily step counts, providing valuable activity data for your healthcare team.
